The Journey Challenge:

You are only allowed to bring ONE small backpack or a small carry-on.

Embark on a journey to two of Egypt’s breathtaking national parks, where minimalism is our guide. We’ll explore these natural treasures with open hearts, leaving nothing behind and taking only memories. Our adventure embraces simplicity, from eco-friendly living to packing only the essentials—just one small bag.

Traveling light is a challenge we embrace to discover our ability to adapt and thrive with less. By stripping away the excess, we open ourselves to the raw beauty of nature and the strength within. It’s in these moments of simplicity that we realize what we’re truly capable of, as every challenge reveals a new layer of resilience and freedom.

Journey Breakdown

Bye Cairo!

We meet up on Wednesday 28th of January at dawn, to set out onto our ride to Sinai.

The flow of this journey is divided by the 2 destinations. 3 nights in Nabq , where we focus on being on the sun and active, with Mangroves and Mountains and a lot of exploring to do. And one night in Ras Muhammed bringing in the calm energy onto the trip with beaches and tranquil meditation on the waters.

Welcome to Nabq!

Day 1: 28th of January
We arrive at Nabq National Park and meet Sharky, our host and guide for the stay. After breakfast and settling in, we take it slow and head to the mangrove beach. Here we float in warm water, kayak through tangled roots, and soak up the soft May sun.

As the day mellows and the light shifts, Sharky leads us to one of his favorite mountain spots. We walk the Nabq range, learning about its plants and fragile ecosystem. Under an acacia in the valley we sip tea and watch the sunset, the kind of quiet that feels like it goes on forever.

Exploring The Mountain Range

Day2: 29th of January
Today on our second day it’s all about  exploring Nabq mountain ranges. On our way to our hike we will make a stop at a Bedouin village where we will be doing our give back activity. Then we'll head off with an invigorating guided hike in a valley between Dahab and Sharm, where water flows from the mountain tops and the sides of the mountains are covered by beautiful trees and flowers. When we reach the valley we will be meet by our Bedouin friends and treated to an authentic dinner. Expect a very easy mellow hike between beautiful mountains, boulders and trees,

More sun to go

Day 3: 30th of January
Today we head off to two of the most beautiful spots in Nabq, The hidden mangroves, a far away spot that has some of the most beautiful mangroves, waters and scenes. and then off to our last hike of the trip, where we will take a stroll in the hidden valley of Nabq. After we are done we will be meet by our Bedouin friends, for a complete 101 class on Bedouin life, they will teach us how to set up the fire make the bread and the tea that we will eat as a snack.

On to Ras-Muhammed we go

Day4: 31st of January
Today, the theme is "BLUE," as we reach Ras Muahmmed National park, you will experience blue waters like none before. For our last day we wind down completely, to match the energy of the place. In our new Camp, you can feel the minimal vibe and how free it is. We spend the day in our very own cove and enjoy swimming and snorkeling in some of the best coral waters in the red sea.

By mid day we head out to get a glimpse at how diverse the water is in Ras Muahmmed. A short walk from our camp we will dive into beautiful sandy waters, have a nice chill time and set our intentions for this part of the trip.

“The next morning February 1st we head back to Cairo at 10-12PM to arrive late afternoon there and have a full day ahead of us”
